A tiny delight! Menghai Ripe Pu’erh (Tuó Chá), produced in China’s Menghai County in the Yunnan Province, are pressed into charming little domes or bird's nests. Not a heavily fermented Pu’erh, but just enough to eliminate any bitterness and transform it into a silky smooth yet robust tea. Because Pu'erh teas are fermented, microorganisms are inadvertently produced during the fermentation process which makes Pu'erh probiotic.
As each tiny dome steeps, watch it collapse into a beautiful dark amber tea that you are going to adore. Perfectly portioned individual servings, these are great for tea-loving travelers. Re-steeps well.
