If you are unfamiliar with 'OP's' or 'Orange Pekoe’s', the name can be somewhat confusing. It does not taste or smell like oranges, nor is it named for the coppery shade of its brew, instead, Orange Pekoe references a grading system that's based on leaf size. Robust and spirited, its easy to indulge in the redolence of Ceylon OP's lush floral notes and pleasing astringency. Ceylon OP is not only delicious hot, it also makes a wonderfully refreshing iced tea.
Bold, flowery and somewhat astringent.
